We review your residential blueprints and perform a material takeoff to identify all lumber, engineered wood products, trusses, and hardware needed for the frame.
We anchor sill plates to the foundation, install floor joists at proper on-center spacing, and apply subfloor sheathing to create a solid, level platform for wall framing.
Wall sections are framed on the deck with studs, plates, headers, and cripple studs, then raised into position and braced. Load-bearing and partition walls are secured, plumbed, and aligned.
Prefabricated roof trusses are set and secured according to the truss manufacturer's layout. Roof sheathing is applied, completing the structural shell and preparing the home for dry-in.
